I’m Jonathan J. Snead, Sr. I started out as a teacher and now serve as principal of Elizabeth City Middle School. I know what it’s like to be the teacher waiting for support and the principal who has to figure out what that support should look like on a regular Tuesday. Both experiences shape how I talk about leadership.
